CloseThe CH MR 18307LB is an ABEC-5 rated, Ceramic-Hybrid radial bearing, measuring 18mm x 30mm x 7mm. It features a deep-groove design, constructed with 52100 High-Carbon chromium alloy races. The bearing incorporates grade 5 Silicon-Nitride Ceramic balls, which are known for reducing wear and extending the bearing's lifespan by preventing metal-on-metal contact. Additionally, it is equipped with dual-lip labyrinth (LLB) seals that offer protection against external elements while containing the 90% fill of Mobilux NGLI 2, a high-pressure, water-resistant synthetic grease.
This radial bearing is versatile, commonly used as a hub bearing, suitable for certain older square taper bottom brackets, and can function as a pivot bearing. However, for suspension use, the MAX-type version of this bearing is recommended due to its enhanced suitability.
Enduro's line of bearings, including the CH MR 18307LB, comes in various materials such as high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, and ceramic-hybrid with ceramic or stainless balls. All Enduro bearings are designed with the deepest groove races to accommodate larger balls and feature dual-lip seals that create a complete labyrinth seal for superior elemental protection.
The bearing has a static load capacity of 576lbf / 2.56kN and weighs 13.5g. This combination of features makes it an excellent choice for various mechanical and cycling applications where durability and performance are critical.
