When you bring your bicycle into our store, our mechanics will promptly assess any issues and address all your questions. We treat every bike with meticulous care, ensuring unparalleled attention to detail.
We believe in fairness and efficiency. When you drop off your bike, it is placed into our service rotation, ensuring that every customer is treated equitably. Once your bike is ready, we will send you a text notification for collection.
Free Services with New Bike Purchases:
We offer complimentary first time check overs for all new bike purchases, which should be redeemed within the first 6-8 weeks of purchase.
E-Bike Policy:
For safety reasons, we only perform electrical repair work on electric bicycles from the following motor manufacturers:
- Bosch
- Shimano
- Hyena
- Malhe
- Eze-Go
Please note that our service staff reserves the right to refuse any E-Bike deemed unsafe to ride or that has been tampered with (e.g., using a Speedbox).
